I already have First Class insurance, why do I need a used car guarantee?
Your First Class insurance covers you for ACCIDENT damage. It does not cover you for mechanical breakdown/failure. You are ten times more likely to suffer a mechanical failure than you are to receive accident damage.

Who is the provider of the AsiaCare used vehicle guarantee?
The administrator of the AsiaCare used vehicle guarantee program is QBE Insurance. QBE has been supplying the vehicle warranty programs for BMW, Ford & Mazda in Thailand for the past 8 years and is widely respected as a leader in the automotive warranty field.
How much does the guarantee cost?

Where do I take my vehicle for servicing?
You can take your vehicle to a manufacturer’s main dealer, but by special arrangement, AsiaCare customers can also use any of the 70+ B-Quik service and repair centers in Thailand. The first service also carries a 20% discount for AsiaCare customers.
Is it difficult to make a claim?
One phone call to the Claims Hotline is all it takes. There is no paperwork for customers to fill out and no payment is required for valid claims. AsiaCare takes care of all arrangements with the repair center.
What is the quality of parts that will be replaced on my vehicle?
The AsiaCare program GUARANTEES that ALL parts and labour include brand new genuine manufacturer’s parts and the work is carried out by qualified main dealer technicians.
How do I know if my car qualifies for a guarantee?

Can I have an AsiaCare guarantee if my vehicle had had a CNG/LPG conversion?
If the conversion was done by the manufacturer when the car was new, then yes you can have this convered by the AsiaCare guarantee.
